According to Global COO of WINALITE INTERNATIONAL Mr. Kelvin Zheng who is the architect of the project, 90% of the Gaoming Production Base’s construction has been completed up until now; it is now entering the final stages. Construction of its main building architecture including the main building, the sub-building, the administration building, and the dormitory building have been completed. Therefore, the production base will be officially brought online after it finishes its “environmental green” certification and passes equipment installation commissioning and trial production. In addition, the production base is making preparations for the production of the products’ outer design and packaging. It also has recruited new employees, and later it will train these employees and put them into trial simulation.
The Gaoming new production base’s production environment and modernized facilities are all at advanced levels and meet GMP production environment requirements. The production lines are mainly tailored to incontinence products (including sanitary napkins and diapers). In the production base, the production techniques will further improve product quality; the sizes, styles, and features of the products will be more diversified. The production base has the world’s leading automated one-time molding production technologies with monthly production forecasts of 700,000 sets.
The construction of the Gaoming Production Base highlights the theme of “Nature, Health and Environment”, which creates a quiet, comfortable and elegant landscape of “Humans in Nature”.
The production base is also specially designed with a modernized, expansive visiting corridor, so guests can directly visit our research and development center, microorganism laboratory, quality inspection room, showcase room, and the entire production base’s production and packing environment.
